Geneva Peace Week 2025 (GPW25) will take place from 13 to 17 October 2025 at the Maison de la Paix Campus in Geneva, Switzerland.
The official programme will be released on Monday, 15 September 2025.
● Participation in GPW25 is free of charge, but all attendees must register.
● Registration opens on Monday, 15 September 2025 on the GPW website.
● While registration is mandatory, it is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee a seat at specific sessions.
● Your personal data will be deleted after GPW25.
● Seats at all events are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
● If an event reaches full capacity, we encourage you to explore alternative sessions happening simultaneously.
GPW25 will take place at Maison de la Paix Campus, located at: Chemin Eugène Rigot 2, 1202 Genève, Switzerland
The venue is fully accessible to all participants.
Session Locations:
● Peace Panels: Conference Center & GCSP
● Peace Workshops: Conference Center
● Special Events: Auditorium Ivan Pictet, IHEID
● With the exception of in-person workshops, all GPW25 events will be accessible online.
● Registered online participants will receive Zoom links via email on Monday, 13 October 2025.
● The primary language of instruction is English.
● Since 2024, GPW has been accessible to non-English speakers via AI-powered interpretation in multiple languages.
● Live subtitles and audio interpretation are available through Wordly.
● To access translation with phones, participants can:
○ Scan a QR code displayed at the venue.
○ Use earphones for real-time audio interpretation.
GPW25 fosters meaningful connections among experts, practitioners, policymakers, and participants. To facilitate networking, we offer:
● Networking breakfasts & coffee breaks from Tuesday to Thursday at the Conference Center.
● Opportunities to engage with speakers, peacebuilders, and fellow participants in an informal setting.
Geneva Peace Week is a neutral, inclusive, and respectful learning space for individuals committed to peace. It is a non-political platform, and all participants are expected to engage in discussions with mutual respect.
