We welcome applications for the following session formats:
Engaging discussions on critical peace-related topics designed to foster dialogue among experts and stakeholders. Audience interaction through Q&A sessions is highly encouraged.

Should you wish to apply for a peace panel, please read carefully the following information.
Interactive sessions designed to develop practical skills and strategies. Led by practitioners, these workshops focus on interactivity, group work, and knowledge exchange. Speaker contributions should not exceed 30% of the session time.

To ensure high-quality and impactful sessions, proposals must meet the following criteria:
Alignment with GPW25 Keywords & Thematic Direction: Sessions should address key themes of Geneva Peace Week.
Clearly Defined Objectives: The proposal must articulate how the session contributes to peacebuilding efforts.
Diversity & Inclusivity: Each event can have up to 4 speakers representing diverse sectors (International Organisations, NGOs, Academia, Governments, Private Sector). Organisers should ensure inclusivity in speaker selection (gender, age, geographical representation, grassroots actors, etc.).
Collaborative Approach: Each event must have one lead organiser and up to five co-organisers. At least one of the organising institutions must be based in Geneva. Each organisation may apply once as a lead organiser and once as a co-organiser.
Hybrid Event Design: All panels should be designed for both on-site and online audiences to maximize accessibility and participation. This year workshops will be either online or in person.

While Geneva Peace Week covers logistical costs, organisers are responsible for expenses related to travel and accommodation for their speakers and staff.
