Dear friends of the GPP community,
Elbert Hubbard once said that knowledge is the only thing that increases when shared, and for me, that is the essence of the Geneva Peace Week.
As you may already know, our beloved Geneva Peace Week stands as the leading annual convocation in the international peacebuilding calendar, serving as a nexus where organizations in Geneva and their global counterparts converge to disseminate knowledge and expertise on a multifarious selection of topics about peace across diverse contexts and disciplines.
It is within the conversations that ensue during the GPW that we witness the exchange of best practices, the mastery of diplomatic negotiation, talk about ceasefire agreements, and learn invaluable insights from on-the-field experts.
Following the resounding success of its 10th edition, this year’s forum faces new and ambitious challenges (more details of the GPW24 to follow) with the motto of “quality over quantity”.
